Rotaract @56 Anniversary

In commemoration of the celebration of Rotaract @56 anniversary, Rotaractors in District 9141( Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Edo) on the 16th of March 2024 made a trip to Otuokpoti Community, Ogbia LGA, Bayelsa state to carry out various project to put smile on the faces of the inhabitants of the community.
We had a medical outreach featuring free test on:

  • Blood Sugar test
  • RVS
  • Prostrate screening
  • Hepatitis B
  • MP Medications where given and free medical counseling done. Distribution of treated insecticidal mosquito nets to pregnant women and nursing mothers (under 5), Distribution sanitary pads for the young girls Distribution of Delivery items for pregnant women.
    We also had a shop free section where clothing, beddings, shoes and bags were also given to both adults and children. We attended to 48 children and 125 adultsMP Medications where given and free medical counseling done.
